April 24, 2025There is so much wrong with this place. They don’t communicate with you, if you don’t live here good luck trying to get through to someone, and if you do live here unless you go to the office they will not respond to you, the “gym” doesn’t have the proper outlets for the equipment so all you can do is lift weights from the small selection they have available but they never provided us with key fobs to access things such as the club house, gym, and laundry mat so they are only available from 9-5 ...but if you work during those hours you don’t get to use any of that but you better pay your rent on time or all of a sudden they remember how to communicate and not to mention all the murders, shooting, violence, and other incidents that have happened since they opened up and it hasn’t even been a year. I would not recommend living here and I can’t wait for my lease to be up.Property Manager Responded

Never-ending nightmare
July 29, 2024If I could give a zero, I would say they do not answer any calls when you go to the site. No one is there, not even construction workers. The apartments look halfway there. The first move-in date was in January, and the second was in July. Now they do not have a date. This is bad service, which shows a lot about how they will be running this establishment. Later in the future, I will no longer be looking to rent here.Review from Apartments.com

June 21, 2024I had an appointment today at 3:30 and i arrive there on time they were behind so they had a lady before me that was also waiting since 3pm. The lady before me left at 4:16 and the apartment rep never came back out to see me and it got to 5:30. I guess I will not be trying to rent here anymore after making go back a week after.Review from Apartments.com
