January 13, 2025For many years this place was practically condemned. Cycling through owners and various management companies. Infested with squatters, roaches, and other things. They will not return your security deposit, Sar Properties is a joke.Review from Apartments.com
Hidden Gem
April 24, 2023This property is an excellent place for families. Very caring staff members and they love their residents. Any concerns that come up are always taken care of in a timely manner. The on- site security does a wonderful job of keeping the community safe. All of the office staff are courteous and do their best to address the needs of the community. A while back I locked myself out of the house and Kerri one of the office staff helped coordinate with Justin to get me back in out if the cold rain. ...Another plus is that all of the maintenance staff are very respectful because they do not have an issue with covering their shoes when asked.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
