Hazardous Mold/No Remedy Offered by Management

Our unit was verified to have an extremely dangerous amount of hazardous mold (verified by an independent third party) and the staff have been extremely negligent and disrespectful of the situation. They denied the presence of mold, despite very clear lab results. They closed out numerous work orders requesting mold tests, treatment of visible water damage, etc. After being ignored for over two months, we independently bore the expense of ordering professional at-home mold tests, shipping them to ...
a lab, and paying for professional lab analysis. After receiving the results, Cedarview continued to ignore us and downplay the severity of the issue. Symptoms have become evident. Make sure your lease is NOT at Eastbay/Cedarview Management!!!
