Don't move here!
March 4, 2016People I encourage you to just find somewhere else to live. There's black mold, bug and rat infestation, dilapidated apartments with the ceiling caved in, vandalism of the mailboxes, and more. Yes. they will break into your mailbox here. It advertises that it has two pools, laundry mat, and hiking trails,..hah! Where? The complex has had at least three different mangers within the past year. Maintenance is some guy with no previous experience to repair anything. Then they had the nerve to ...charge for water. They failed to mentioned that in the listing above. The city inspector deemed these apartments as unfit to live in. Google "Whispering Woods Apts." with either WLBT or WAPT news, see for yourself. Until then find somewhere else to invest your money, moving here is not worth it.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Needs to be torn all the way down
November 4, 2015The picture that is posted is NOT an updated picture. Theses apartments are without words from the outside to the inside. The outside tells you about how the inside looks. Most of all the windows of the vacant apartments are broken out, you can see the many many bugs INSIDE the apartments just by looking from the OUTSIDE! The ceilings are falling in, you have no way to get in contact with the manager or owner. It has been through 3 managers within a years time. No one is ever on property. Bait & Switch move
October 28, 2015The apartments are pretty nice on the inside, looks terrible on the outside. Some neighbors were friendly, others were loud, nosy, & unsanitary. They tell you on the application that they have two pools, laundry room, & fitness center. Trust me, all lies!!! When asked to fixed something it took forever for someone to show up! It seems to be a nice and quite area and honestly it can be at times but I would suggest you to invest your money somewhere else.Review from Apartments.com
