I have lived at Eastbrook for two years now and I've been very happy with my experience. The staff is friendly, management is great, and maintenance is excellent. Over my time living here, I have never had to wait more than a day for a problem to be fixed by maintenance. Most of the time they resolve the issue in the same day. The apartments are older and unfurnished, but so much is included in rent, it is worth it. At Eastbrook, my washer and dryer came with the unit (a huge plus for me), it is
...quiet, I have never had any problems with my neighbors, and parking is good. I have never had to park far away from my building. Water, trash, sewer, cable, and internet are all included in the cost of rent. The only cost I pay separate from rent is electric, which does not get very high. Because the price of rent is lower than other places, you would think some things would be a little neglected (like landscaping, upkeep of buildings, etc) but it isn't. Maintenance is always trimming bushes, mowing grass, and ensuring that the apartment complex maintains a clean, pretty appearance. I have never felt unsafe at Eastbrook. Sometimes I work overnight and don't come home until after midnight, but I always feel safe walking into my apartment. I have thoroughly enjoyed living at Eastbrook and will continue to live here as long as I am in Greenville!
