The maintenance responds very fast such as a day later after requesting and usually fixes issues as quickly as ten minutes. I will only need to wait if they do not have a part.

Living at the eastern has been great! The staff are very helpful and nice! The maintenance is great and always ready to help! I would recommend the eastern for others looking for an apartment complex!

Have loved living at the Eastern for the past 2 years. It has been overall very positive and a good experience. Maintenance seems to be very on top of things when needed.

Living at the Eastern was such a great experience. I did not have any troubles when I was moving in and the process was fast and easy. I've had a few troubles and maintenance is quick to come and fix everything.

Do not sign with these people

Do not sign with the Eastern on 10th!!! Also very VERY overpriced for the size room that you get. There is barely any visitor parking (10 slots tops for the whole apartment complex). Not to mention these people try to take advantage of college students. They will lie to you and then charge you outrageous fees. Absolutely sad and pathetic how bad this apartment nick and dimes you for your money knowing that their college students.
