    I have lived here since 2013 and I love it!! I have no roaches, the maintenance always handles my concerns and for this to be a large complex it is very quite. I am close to the highway and shops and restaurants

    Moving into Eastgrove has been a challenge. I moved in on July 15, 2022 and have had issues since then. I’ve put in several work orders for issues that should not have been, if a walk through had been done prior to moving in.

    Don’t get me wrong I love my apartment BUT.. the pools were absolutely dirty whenn I went swimming except the front one and that one was locked. PILES AND PILES OF TRASH that made a “minor” roach problem WORSE. The maintenance are rude and very condescending about fixing things. The staff are very nice but they communication needs improvement. Other than that, it’s in a amazing location but there’s so much improvement needed here.

    The apartment layout and location is great! However the mounds of trash around the dumpster and infestation of roaches sway my opinion of living here.

  • Rats everywhere/ No security deposit back

    I moved into my apartment in October of 2021 by the time November came, I was hearing noises in my kitchen at night. I woke up in the morning to all my condiments in the drawer eaten by rats. After calling the office several times they finally got someone to my building to take a look, they patched up the whole in the dishwasher and told me it was fine. For thanksgiving I went out of town and came back to a dead rat under my sink, it took maintenance 3 days to come get it. Instead of cleaning ...
    where the rat blood was, maintenance sprayed white paint over it but the blood tail was still visible for me to see. Everyweek after that I heard noises in the cabinet as well as behind the stove. I would wake up in the middle of the night to rat dropping all the way in my bathroom, I had no idea where they were coming from and management said that every person they send said all holes were covered up. It took for pest control to come out and look under my dishwasher again for him to see that beside the patch they covered up there was a huge hole beside it. Once I told maintenance that pest control could patch it up but he would need to be paid for it they came out, said they didn't think about removing the bottom of the dishwasher and found 4 dead rats in the whole. I was told I could break my lease without a fee, however when it was time to receive my security deposit not only did they not send in the my unit number which I put on the paper but they charged me for fees that I consistently asked them if I had to pay and they said no. And now 3 months later they're not answering the phone. I do not recommend living here. Even pest control will tell you that all the buildings have a rat problem, and during the warm weather the showers don't get hot!

    Do not move into this place. They have bugs, trash all over. Staff is very rude and unprofessional. Absolutely horrible place.

    So far my experience has been great living here. Signed my second year lease in November and looking forward to signing my 3rd year lease here soon. Very livable for the most part. Staff has been great and very friendly.

  • mold problem unsolved for months

    I have a mold problem that I notified the partment complex about once in February and again 4 may 2022 The solution was to leave it as is with a eviction date of 3 days 7 may 2022 I have a newborn Please make sure you’re looking at paint job around vents because they are painting over the mold instead of changing and cleaning vents

    I love the trees and landscaping . We enjoy the parks and basketball court. There is a dog park for my fur babies. Beautiful swimming pools and hot tub .
