While community always looks great, no trash, or overgrown grass on some properties. Neat and maintained. It's very quiet and I never hear my neighbors unless im outside.

Our townhome is in a great location. All the supermarkets and amenities are close by, which is great. The neighbors are all great, and the management is quick to respond and friendly. While our house isn't particularly large, it's perfect for my family's stay. It's very clean and comfortable. When this lease expires, I'd love to renew it.

I actually moved from out of state and chose Easthaven based off virtual tour and price! Thanks to the entire office staff accomodative, responsive and positive attitude my family and I were able to make a seamless transition. So far we love it here! We like that it is nestled in quiet, family friendly and clean community away from the hustle and bustle however still close to everyday basic amendities.

My experience has been so far so good. The staff has been very helpful and communicative. I love that we receive notification on events also any important updates. The only thing i would as of maintenance is to be a little more helpful. I’ve had several requests that wasn’t meant. Over all our experience has been very peaceful!
