December 19, 2024Easton Place is a smaller apartment complex with above average sized units. The units are well maintained and designed both for modern living and long term residency. There are a number of amenities that add to the value of the apartments: saltwater pool, exercise room, community pool room and movie theater. Most utilities are included in the total rent/billed alongside rent and the leasing agents do a great job of laying out rent, fees and utility charges. The neighbors are quiet working ...people and some families with kids of all ages. The complex is pet friendly. September 24, 2024I have been living here for almost 3 years and have to relocate jobs out of state. Anyone that leaves a poor review of this place I am sure had a very one off experience. The office staff have been great and the maintenance team is very helpful and responsive. The landscape is generally well kept with the exception of a rogue armadillo. The pet owners are very friendly and responsible, but the community as a whole is small and extremely friendly. I absolutely hate leaving but this is a gem within ...Murfreesboro which can be shady in certain areas. The rent is fair priced for the space and amenities. Great clean pool, gym and pool table areas. If your new to this area, this is a can’t lose property.
