No onsite management
May 14, 2019We have lived here for 3 1/2 years, the last 6 months has been very unlivable. We should have left sooner. There is no on site manager, they do not care about the safety of their residents- there is only 1 railing on the stair well. The landlord at Deer Run Apts claims the stairway is not wide enough to put 2 railings for when people bring furniture up and down the stairs. (we had no problems when we moved in 3 years ago). There is no parking because the landlord lets trailors and boats park ...where ever! Oh and the hallways are never clean.
