New management RPM had resulted in lower quality living. Trash dumpsters are regularly left by the garage entrance which is both dirty and difficult to navigate in and out when multiple cars pass through. The gym always smells terrible and masked with an awful fragrance. Hallways are dirty and elevators were out of service for over a month with no acknowledgment from the office. They don’t maintain the coffee machine for free coffee, yet amenity fee is unchanged. Lower standard of cleanliness and ...
poor upkeep of the grounds. Sad to see this change after living here for 3 years. Will be looking for other options once our lease is up.

This is honestly a really good place to live. Considering it’s a large community, it is generally very quiet, the building works hard to listen to resident feedback and keep the common areas very clean. It has a spectacular pool. Trash pick up at your door. Great support from the front office when you need help, direction or other. I think because of the popularity of Eastshore they could add a treadmill and make sure the grills are all functional outside. Other than those minor things, it has ...

Great move in experience and open communication with leasing office. Clean apartment on move in and so far quiet indoor hallways. Close to a shopping plaza with small shops and restaurants with ample, free parking in a parking garage. Next to the DART station, was initially worried about train noise, but haven’t noticed it at all.
