July 1, 2022Living here was a terrible experience. I had roaches and when I notified the office they did nothing to help. They claimed to send out an exterminator, but I never saw, heard, or was notified of one entering my apartment until 9 months into my lease. I ended up having to throw out a lot of furniture because of how bad the infestation had gotten, and they refused to help in any way. They tried to trick me into signing another year lease when I wanted to add my brother to the lease for the summer ...after he moved out of the dorms. They said that the only way I could add him would be to sign another year lease (at a higher monthly rent). They only allowed me to add him after I called corporate and told them that the reason I did not want to live there another year is because my apartment was infested with bugs. After they realized the conditions I had been forced to live with, they did not require me to sign another years worth of a lease. They did not accept my friends notice to vacate, after written notice was given and a form was signed, only when the next months rent was due did they tell him that his guarantor had not signed the form to vacate, even though it was not disclosed verbally or on the lease that all parties (including guarantors) have to give notice, even if they don't live there. So even though he has given written notice and signed a vacate form, he owes them another month of rent, because they decided not to say anything or follow up until it benefitted them. roaches
February 15, 2022I’ve left a google review and am shocked i’m one of the few to mention it. while being in there for a maximum of 24 total hours mostly during the day my roommate and i saw 5 roaches of various sizes. showed them the roaches and then was told that there was no evidence of live roaches when the ones in the bag used to be alive. do not rent unless you don’t mind roaches.Property Manager Responded

Misleading
December 7, 2019Before I moved in, I was waiting for an apartment to become available. I asked for pictures of which apartment I would be moving into and received the remodeled pictures of a one bedroom. I paid my deposit to secure that I would get the apartment after the previous tenant moved out. I came on moving day, got my key, and walked into an old run down apartment with absolutely no remodeling done. Patiently waiting for my lease to be up.Review from Apartments.com
Satisfied
August 7, 2015Have been a resident for almost two months and haven't had a complaint. Maintenance issues have been resolved in a timely manner, management has been great, and affordability is there. The apartment is great for the price point. So far I am satiafied. Only issue I have is that they charge for laundry.Review from Apartments.com
