Echo loft apartments - modern and nice

A kind and vibrant community
October 7, 2015My husband and I have been living at Echo Designer Loft Apartments since it opened in June 2015. There are so many amazing things about this building. There's a big pool area, a hot tub, a gym, and cabanas in the patio with a nice view of downtown Los Angeles. Firstly, the management can't be beat. Our manager lives in the property with us and is always accessible. He doesn't ever make you feel bad about coming to him for any issues you might have. Secondly, the residents are pretty awesome. ...The building is filled with professionals who are considerate and friendly. Game nights happen often and there's a Facebook group for hang out invites and whatnot. Last but not least, the units are great. We currently occupy a two-bedroom two-bathroom unit with an office. The main living area and kitchen have an open concept layout that's perfect for entertaining visitors. We also have our own washer and dryer units, dishwasher, and central air-conditioning. If we could buy our apartment, we would. It's just everything we could possibly need. The location of the building is spot on. It's about a two-minute walk to Echo Park Lake and a ten-minute walk to Sunset Boulevard. There's an awesome cafe next door that's open late and a low-key wine bar across the street. If you like living in a part of Los Angeles where things are walkable, the neighborhood is pretty quiet and the amenities are all there, this building is it. We're so glad to have found this place and don't see ourselves leaving anytime soon.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
