Do nothing, can “care less” Management
July 25, 2023Dumpster fire. This place will charge you a $25 valet trash fee and tell you that you need to take your own trash to the dumpster because the company they use never comes. Failure to comply and they threaten you with penalty fees. Also, buildings are super old and infested with colonies of cockroaches. The fee for pest control: $5; and they only come once a week and it does nothing to help. Managements solution: they tell you to buy a can of Raid and handle it yourself.Review from Apartments.com
