Extreme Noise and Management Does Nothing
July 14, 2025Since the day I moved in the unit above me has been extremely loud. There is no soundproofing at this apartment and I can clearly hear people above and around me all throughout the day, it keeps me awake most nights. I reached out to management with no response. If you can deal with constant high noise level then this apartment may be okay for you, everything else is pretty good. May 19, 2025Our move in experience was amazing! Enoch was super helpful getting us set up on all the apps - we had issues with the parking permit app but was able to stop by the office and get help! The amenities are great and well maintained. The property is beautiful. Maintenance quickly came to fix anything we need repaired at move in and have continued to respond to our maintenance needs in a timely manner. Our move in was smooth and seamless and we are looking forward to continue to enjoy the complex!Review from Apartments.com
DONT MOVE HERE! I cant wait to leave the property
April 28, 2025I have lived here for two years, i have literally seen the management go down hill and not care, and to top it off the supposed, Security guard doesnt do anything. There is trash all over and dogs poop everywhere. And to top it off last friday i noticed my back license plate was missing, i filed a police report and told the manager and the office they really seemed to not care and also told me that there is no video in the parking lot. So now i am stuck with paying for new license plates. I see ...cars with tow stickers on the windows and yet they are still there not towed yet. April 14, 2025We enjoy a lot of things about this complex. Wonderful maintenance team, great location, and quiet community. The parking spots are way too small so we have had many dents to our car since moving in here. Also, the pool chairs are old and need to be replaced.
