The staff, especially Renaldo and Angela, have been absolutely amazing always professional, friendly, and quick to help with anything that comes up. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and the community. The residents here are also wonderful, which really adds to the positive atmosphere and makes it feel like home. Disappointing
November 17, 2025With all of the other apartment complexes popping up around town, choose anywhere else to live. Per the manager, they don’t have time to babysit emails—meaning, they don’t have time to deal with the residents that are paying exorbitant costs for “luxury” living.Property Manager Responded

October 9, 2025The Eclipse Apartment Residences are perfectly located in downtown Huntsville. It is across the street from the park where many events are held for the community. It is easy to walk into town and enjoy all the food offerings and entertainment available. There are many unique shops to explore. The Eclipse offers nice amenities such as a fitness center and beautiful pool. It is also very welcoming of pets. August 28, 2025The Eclipse Apartment Residences is located in a very nice area of downtown Huntsville. The community is situated directly across from Big Spring Park where there is often much to do. Many fun events and activities are held in the park and the Eclipse location makes attending them very easy. The Eclipse is also within walking distance to the Art Museum, Von Braun Center and downtown Huntsville. There are many restaurants and unique stores to explore nearby. August 4, 2025Fires alarms go off often enough. The mandatory valet trash is not very cool either. Every time I try to use the trash it doesn’t get picked up so I just gave up and still pay the fee every month. There are trash shoots in walking distance so it’s just easier to do that. But other than that I guess the location is pretty nice or at least will be much nicer in 5 years when all the construction is done and shops move into the empty spaces.Property Manager Responded
