May 24, 2025Apartment is in a great location and typically remains clean. The situation with the fire was not addressed well and caused major disturbances and the impacted floors. Think management could be much more communicative & helpful in situations such as these.Property Manager Responded

May 19, 2025Eclipse Apartment Residences is in a perfect location for easy enjoyment of all that downtown Huntsville has to offer. Big Spring Park is right across the street! Downtown activities, entertainment and restaurants are within walking distance. The art museum, sports arena, music and other various venues are all nearby. March 31, 2025Eclipse Apartment Residences is a great place to call home if you want to be near everything that downtown Huntsville has to offer. The apartments are located right across the street from beautiful Big Spring Park. Plenty of great food and entertainment are nearby. The Huntsville Museum of Art and the Von Braun Center are just steps away from the Eclipse. The apartment complex is pet friendly and amenities are nice. February 26, 2025I moved in over the weekend and it has been such a pleasant and smooth experience. The security and safety of a "gated community" feel is something I've never experienced, but that's what we have here at Eclipse. I've never had more peace of mind in any home I've ever lived in as an adult. Also, this location is just fantastic. Walking to get groceries, walking to go for entertainment downtown, being right across from Big Spring Park....this is why I've wanted to live here since they finished ...building it, and I'm so thankful for the opportunity to finally have moved in.Property Manager Responded

February 8, 2025Eclipse Apartment Residences is in the perfect location for enjoying the downtown Huntsville area. Big Spring Park, the Huntsville Museum of Art and the Von Braun Center are right across the street from the Eclipse apartment complex.
