    I wanted to take a moment to share some concerns I've experienced during my time here, hoping we can work together towards positive improvements. Having lived here for two and a half years, I've noticed a significant presence of cockroaches and scorpions, which seems to persist as pest control is rarely done after residents move in. It would be tremendously helpful if regular spraying could be prioritized to address this ongoing issue. Additionally, service responses to maintenance problems ...
    have often been slow, leading to frustration when things break down. Coming home at night sometimes feels unsafe, as I need to be extra cautious stepping out of my car because of cockroaches in the parking area. I've also observed changes in the community. There's been an increase in loud music and parties that go late into the night, which affects everyone's comfort. Some residents walk their dogs but neglect to pick up after them, creating unsightly messes around the property. While I truly appreciate the clubhouse and pool—they are fantastic amenities—their closure for about two months each year limits our enjoyment. If possible, keeping these facilities open more consistently would be a wonderful improvement.

    One of the most persistent and disturbing issues during our time here was the widespread cockroach infestation throughout the entire property. It extended well beyond the units themselves — roaches were constantly seen outside the buildings, along walkways, near the trash area, and throughout the parking lot. There were many nights I would get out of my car and immediately see roaches crawling around the Tesla chargers or across the ground beneath my feet. On one occasion, there were so many ...

    We came to see this apartment about the deal they have about 2 days ago. We truly enjoyed Ms. Brittan's assistance. Before seeing their unit/apartment I was shopping around different apartments as well. Our consultant led us to the gym area looking at the pool area and etc! Then we proceeded to look at the 2-bed smaller one (I was looking at the smaller one first). After the viewing, she gave us the breakdown cost and answered 1000 questions and she was very helpful. She then offered the bigger ...
    space (which was the one we ended up getting!) When I came home me and my fiance decided to move the move-in date to a later date instead. Called them and spoke w/ Ms. Vianni and she help me answer all my other concerns since we wanted to update the new breakdown cost of the other unit we wanted. I probably called them 5x that day. Very helpful and nice as well! Submitted all other necessary paperwork the next day, called them, and wanted to follow up. They answered all my calls and concerns. 2nd day came in, just in time they promised, we got the approval and everything went through! This time Ms. Tiarra is the one who gave us the final breakdown cost. They also gave us info about other things like Jetty, cox and electricity when we move in. We spoke to 3 different people and they were all reliable and friendly. Not even once I felt like I ask too many questions or get annoyed. They assisted me from beginning to end.

  • Worst living expeience I've ever had

    This is the worst living situation I have ever experienced. There is continuously excessive noise from the unit next to me, dog barking throughout the entire day, and music blasting. This is no way to live. I have tried to reach out to the property staff three times and have received no response or rectification of the issue. I am a normal 28 year old who works and likes to come home to relax and it is impossible at this complex do not waste your time.

    Came here on a Wednesday to inquire and the leasing consultant took about 10min to acknowledge us before she realized we were there. Greeted us with an attitude and it seemed like she hated her job. We went on a tour we were showed an apartment that we weren’t interested in but we needed a 2 bedroom 2 bath and they had such a great deal at the time so i went ahead and applied. It took them 5-6 days before got a decision which ended up in denial. Ive called pretty much everyday since then but ...

    The biggest & most serious issues at Eden are the safety and security issues! This is a gated community that is supposed to have security. There is hardly ever security to be found,.. & when you do see a security guard he is hanging by the pool on a lounge chair on his phone texting / playing games. There was some serious issues with tresspassers on the property! I went into the theater room late at night. Flipped lights on and found a man with no shirt on sleeping in there. Found out he is not ...

(Have been unable to confirm exactly who he was,.. but did receive confirmation he does not live at Eden.. have conclude he was either let in by security or let in by a tenant (if it was a tenant it really makes me nervous what type of person someone is allowing on property that they won't let stay in their own apartment) After sitting down and addressing this serious issue with onsite staff, that same night there was a huge rock propped under the gate to keep it open that would allow anyone to enter the propery. This gate was also the same gate that one would use to head towards the clubhouse entrance where theatre is located. There are the lies they tell to get you to move in. I moved from out of state & was unfamiliar with where certain towns were located. I knew I wanted to live in Summerlin. The website advertises 'in the Summerlin area' (Good marketing trick) and their instagram page advertises Eden located in Summerlin. Looking at map it looked like it may not be, so I called property expressed my concerns and asked about location. I was given a definite Yes we are in Summerlin. After moving in I found out that was a blatent lie! Eden complex is in Spring Valley. Before moving in when applying I had picked move in day online, everything went thru but than I was informed they can't hold apartment that long & I would need to take it a week earlier.. I was moving by driving across country. I hustled to get everything together and get here a week early. I came a day early to sign lease & asked to see apartment, they said it wasn't ready yet!

    Unsafe! Rats! Rudeness! That's what you get living at the Eden in Spring Valley. I state that because this property is not located in Summerlin! Don't fall for that scam (check the zip code with post office) This property is not safe. My neighbors have had their car broken into. There was a man sleeping shirtless in clubhouse theater room late at night. The same day this issue was discussed with onsite management, there was another security issue. That same night a big rock was used to prop the ...
    gate open that led in the direction of theater room, allowing anyone to enter the property. After bringing these safety & security issues to the attention of onsite management & Westcorp management we have been met with rudeness & harassment by onsite staff. They act sweet & nice to get you to rent, but as soon as an actual problem happens things change. They will post a '24 hour' notice on door announcing they will enter your residence whether you are home or not. This is not legal without making reasonable attempts to schedule a time! If you make the mistake of renting here make sure to set your alarm! They were sloppy with construction & left dumpsters through the community. Those have attracted rats. One instance while in club house, overheard someone come in to complain about a dead rat on her porch! I thought this property looked beautiful & would be a nice place to live. That changed quickly after moving in. That is just what it is 'looks nice' but that is all show to get people to rent. The property and amenities are not maintained. All of the amenities promised do not exist! Website lists extra storage & garages, but every time I asked I was told they are not up yet. They advertise as a pet friendly community with a dog wash, dog park, & pet social events. The dog wash, if you want to call it that is basically a small shower that looks like a child wash station. There is no dog park, & definitely no pet social events. This community is not the luxury place they try to deceive it to be. You pay for amenities that either don't exist or you may not feel safe using! Beware & consider all your renting options

    beautiful apartments but the reality is that the apartment price listed is only the "base price" you will realize that the base price and ads as listed will be 1200. After getting the quote the final monthly cost will end up 1600 due to a stupid amount you pay for trash, technology monthly fee etc. and it does not even include utilities!!!!!!!!!!!! they should include that in the cost of the apartments so deceiving!
