March 6, 2019Lived here for 3 years worst experience ever. Nothing worked in the apartment from heat, air, dishwasher, stove and more. Main office vey rude and never likes to speak with you. All communication has to go through the office which leads to he say she say. Parking never any parking. Building stinks like old carpet. I wouldn't recommend these apartments if the rent was $5 bucks a month.Review from Apartments.com
Poor
November 23, 2018Take this from someone who has lived in Eden Rock for more than 7 years. Apartments are always in bad shape, they are really old. When maintenance is called they take forever to come and when they come they leave and promise they'll return to complete the work then never come back. AC breaks about 3 times a year. Heater breaks about twice a year. Parking lot is always full. The neighbor's dog (pit bull) from the house across Eden Rock is always noisy and on occasions loose. Overpriced
July 24, 2017Moved in 06/2015....moved out 06/2017 stayed there for 2 yrs not a real pleasant living experience. Things constantly need repaired or replaced. Once I moved out several weeks later trying to get charged with 1600 or more for minor wear & tear. It's absolutely ridiculous for them scamming me out for money saying the apartment is unrentable...Anyone who read this save your time & money avoiding renting from this place..Period!Property Manager Responded
January 24, 2018At Eden Rock we would NEVER scam ANYONE out of money. I have pictures to prove the damage this person claims was not there. This is just someone who tore up the apartment and then got mad when she had to fairly pay for the damages.

horrible
December 5, 2016I hate living here, exhaust fans dont work, no parking at night. When we move in i had to light the furnace and water heater myself. They also give you a "dryer box" that keeps all the moisture in the apartment causing mold in the walls. RUN AWAY!Property Manager Responded
January 24, 2018We can not fix what we don't know is broken. The moisture on the walls from them not using their heat. I never had any complaints from these residents when they lived here???
