Carpet issues!
May 14, 2026James R came and fixed an issue we had with the carpet on our staircase where there was tack strips and staples protruding out on all 14 stairs. It had been a very uncomfortable scenario since it was stabbing our feet as we would walk up and down the stairs. He came at the end of the day and worked diligently to hammer the staples and tack strips. Thank you James for safe feet!Review from Apartments.com
