Very solid apartment
May 22, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI lived here from 2025 - 2026. All in all it was a great experience. The people in the office are very very helpful and friendly, and maintenance was too - they resolved all my issues with the apartment in a very timely manner. The only complaints I had were the single pane windows (slightly more noisy and less good at insulation), and the parking would fill up later at night - but really these weren't that big of a deal. The community is mostly quiet, given that it is an older building, living on the main floor we do hear a lot of creaking and footsteps from upstairs neighbors, but nothing excessive. Everything takes forever to get fixed in the apartment. They have one or two maintenance guys for the entire freaking complex. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

In the past 2 weeks our car was broken into while in the parking lot and someone tried to break down our door in the middle of the night by kicking on it as hard as they could for 10 minutes. I don’t know why it has recently become more dangerous, but know that management can’t do anything about these incidences besides ask maintenance to “tighten the bent lock ...on your front door.”Read More

Not a good place to rent from
February 12, 2019 - Review from Apartments.comMy stove had a push in timer it was that old: 1960"s. I thought they really had to search some farmers back field to find it. My neighbor above me kept dropping things on the floor all night because he knew that it would sound like I was inside a drum in my apartment and the office did nothing though I complained 10 times or more. I finally asked to get out of my lease. They also did nothing though I said my neighbor, again above me, took his dog out on the deck to relieve itself. and then ...washed his deck and it splashed onto mine.
