This is a great community to live in. Everyone is kind and it’s very quiet. Being able to have a furnished apartment definitely comes in handy and having almost all utilities included is great. The only issue I have is the walk-in closet is really only good for one person—if you’re a couple living here it makes it difficult if you have a substantial amount of clothes. Otherwise, a great place to live.

What a great place to live. This is a little long but it's nice to get the feel of this community. We have beautiful views, a gigantic gym/exercise room, a salt water pool with very convenient amenities in the pool area. A miniature putt putt, outside gathering area with two fire pits and an outdoor TV and a fantastic lounge with a full kitchen, fireplace, Tv's and couches. We have gatherings with the front office and neighbors in the lounge and they always have something good to eat or drink ...
plus great fellowship with everyone. Personally for me I enjoy that I can have my fur babies here and they love riding in the elevators, going to the dog park on the property and of course eyeing the other dogs....but it is special also that the management interacts with out fur babies. This is a very nice gated community with extra security, onsite security, plenty of parking either outside or in the parking deck below the units. Very convenient to use either the stairs or the elevator. It's nice also that utilities are included except the electric. AND we do not have to take the trash to the dumpsters. They do it. The landscaping is beautiful and well maintained and the common areas are always clean. We have just signed our second lease without hesitation. We've made friends and just love this place. If we ever need to call the office for anything then we get a response almost immediately if not immediately. Another big PLUS is there is so much diversity here in ethnic backgrounds and ages. Perfect also for those of us a little older or anyone with a disability. Not to forget we are within walking distance to Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center and all the dining and pubs you could want. Again I really HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Edge Flats.
