Los Feliz gem. 5 min to House of Pies!

Friendly, comfy, older building within quick 5 min walk of all that Los Feliz has to offer. The few one bedrooms are a great size for one or two people. The studios are smaller and more of a starter apt. The biggest downside is the lack of parking - you'll often have to park a block or more away to find a space. But for the location, it's worth it.
