    Edgemoor Townhomes is a wonderful place to live! Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff genuinely cares about the residents. The townhomes are clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet and welcoming. Highly recommend!

    I've been a happy resident at Edgemore Townhomes in East Wichita since May 2024, and I can honestly say it's been a wonderful experience! If you're looking for a place to truly call home, look no further. One of the things I appreciate most is the peaceful and quiet neighborhood. It's such a calm environment, which is a huge plus. For those with families, Edgemore Townhomes offers a fantastic family-friendly atmosphere, making it a great place to raise children. Having lived here for almost a ...
    year, I can confidently say I haven't experienced any significant issues. It truly feels like a safe and quiet community. The management team is also top-notch. My few interactions with Lori, the regional manager, have been excellent. She's always been a great communicator and incredibly resourceful whenever I've had any questions or needed assistance. It's reassuring to know there's such responsive and helpful management. Beyond the wonderful community and management, the location is incredibly convenient. Edgemore Townhomes is situated near just about anything you could need or want, from a wide variety of food places and grocery stores to outlet malls and more. Everything feels easily accessible. Overall, I highly recommend Edgemore Townhomes to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and conveniently located place to live in East Wichita. It's truly been a great place to call home!

    We have lived here several years now. It is a quiet and peaceful place to live. The garage and yard are nice to have. Whenever questions arise, Lisa gets and answer. She is very easy to talk.
