Great property with friendly management

I lived at Edmonds Crest for 8 years. In the past 3 a lot has changed for the better. New management is really on top of problems and they keep the property looking nice. They put a lot of work into recent landscaping, new roofs, better garbage and recycling availability and we saw them walking around the property looking for issues so they were addressed before becoming bigger problems and usually without stuff being reported. We left because our family outgrew the space so we purchased but we ...

I am thrilled you were a happy tenant. We do try our best to keep the Edmonds Crest looking and feeling like a home as well as a neighborly community. We live on site so we do try to go the extra mile in keeping the place well maintained and to respond to issues as quickly as possible. Sorry that it took a while to reply to this - I honestly didn't see the feature to respond to reviews was available until today.
