Unfortunately, my experience at Eighteen25 Downtown has been disappointing. The building has ongoing cleanliness and odor issues, particularly in the elevators, hallways, mail room, parking areas, and pet areas. Noise from neighboring residents has also been a recurring problem, and communication from management has often been slow or unhelpful. The property has a lot of potential, but better maintenance, cleanliness, responsiveness, and enforcement of community policies are seriously needed.

We address common areas, pet stations, hallways, parking areas, and elevators daily, and we continue to look for opportunities to improve in these areas. While apartment living can sometimes bring challenges related to smells, noise and neighboring residents, we encourage residents to report concerns as they occur so our team can investigate and address any lease violations appropriately. We also strive to respond to all resident inquiries as promptly and thoroughly as possible.
