Old but Nice!
September 21, 2015I'm not sure when this complex was constructed but I'd guess late 70s as nothing much has changed. Oh, there's no shag-carpet anymore but the doors, counter-tops, appliances and fixtures are all still in-tact from the 70s. The mid-town location is fantastic but I wouldn't recommend it if you're a "light" sleeper.Review from Apartments.com
El Dorado Apt
September 13, 2015This is such a great apartment, so roomy and all on 1 floor. It has some brick walls, fireplace, 2 bedrooms 2 bath and lots of storage space. So much so, that we got our stuff out of storage. The bedrooms are huge. the kitchen has so much space and a huge closet just for food. The appliances are updated, new carpet and a laundry room that is just steps away. No more stairs. I love that part. The neighbors are awesome and friendly. New carpet and I plan to stay for a while. I finally have a home ...that I love. Now if my cat would just be okay with the place, everything would be perfect. Stores are within a couple of blocks and so are great restaurants places and a great library on the other side of the grocery store. I hope that I win. Thank you for your services. I forgot, I even have a great patio with a tree and ledges for my plants inside and out.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
