Owner is really shady
July 25, 2021The apartments are ok. They're not updated at all but it's fine if you can't find anything else. There's a lot of crime on this street. There were multiple assaults when I lived in the area. My biggest issue is with the owner. He is so shady. I was gone for a summer internship and he gave my parking spot to his son without asking me. I came back one weekend and there was someone in my spot...while he was charging me for it. He never refunded me for it. The apartment was really dirty when I got ...it so I cleaned it and he told me it was cleaner than when he gave it to me but still took the ENTIRE security deposit. He's an awful man. People keep stealing his golf cart and he probably doesn't get it's because he's shady. My other neighbors had various issues too.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
