The staff has also been pleasant throughout the process. However, during the final walkthrough, we noticed several maintenance and cleanliness issues that were concerning, including damaged appliances and areas that needed deeper cleaning and attention. The side walks and roads are in better condition. The location and landscape offers more beauty with nature and beautiful homes in the historic Oakwood neighborhood, two blocks away.
