May 19, 2022This place is a dump. Pay for exterminator monthly yet 3 times ant infestation. Tell me to buy my own bait. Maintenance shows up eventually but never fixes problems. Called out 3 times about washer, now I have a leak through my ceiling and no idea when it will be fixed. Called about loose toilet, never fixed. We are aware there was an issue with the washing machine that needed a replacement part. I assure you we do our best to take care of all work orders to the best of our ability and in a timely manner. Pest control is offered every Wednesday for any issues you may have. Please enter a service request for service when needed. We will make sure our vendor takes care of your home, provided they are able to gain access. You should not have to purchase your own bait. If this is what you were told, I deeply apologize.
