Lot of basic servicing takes forever to be fixed
July 30, 2025There are two elevators in the building At least one elevator has been down for the past 3+ months with ~2 weeks in between where both elevators were down and people had to take the stairs. Trash chute was down for a month as well. They added a charge during prime day week and the next that there will be a $3 a day package holding fee per package and this was added with barely a notice of 2 daysProperty Manager Responded

Loud Neighbors...so loud we cant hear movies we watch
November 26, 2019Great looking apartments with extremely loud upstairs neighbors who bang, slam, yell, drag things all day and night. They have loud barking dogs who spend all day barking from the porch or the windows. This place seems very nice and the staff is great but when you cannot hear the movie you are watching because the upstairs neighbors are so loud its just not a "Luxury" apartment anymore. Cannot recommend moving here!Review from Apartments.com
