Crime takes place in this family friendly desguised complex
October 22, 2019I've been living here for the past 5 years and through those 5 years I've seen some neighbors be taken in by the police from illegal drug dealing, drug abuse, and in some cases domestic abuse. The office is not cooperative what's so ever in helping tenants feel comfortable, Not to mention how often they skip out on working. Currently I've been experiencing an execssively smoking neighbor, of whose second hand smoke gets everywhere into our apartment. I've tried to tell the office people but they ...just don't seem to care. This coupled with a recent murder that happened in the main laundry room, has really made me hate this place and don't recommend people living here unless they absolutely have to because of the location.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

September 4, 2017I've read the reviews, they are all the same everywhere, complaints. I really like this place, best kept landscape I've seen, the most laundry rooms around, the 3 bedroom apts are huge. The place is very well kept up and problems are fixed in a timely manner. I give credit when credit is due. If the trash was picked up more often, I wouldn't have anything to complain about. This place is full of pets, but unlike most places there isn't a poop problem, it has 2 sites where you can take you pets to ...poop with dispensers to pick it up. Murder, Drugs, and Other Criminal Activity Rampant -- Not Safe
May 6, 2017The description of this apartment complex is FALSE. This place is the opposite of family-friendly, unless you want your family to be at serious risk of being murdered, witnessing drug deals, or being in the middle of some other heinous criminal activity. These apartments look great on the outside, but the property is hotbed of crime, drugs, and violence. A known GANG MEMBER WAS MURDERED IN A COMMUNAL LAUNDRY ROOM IN JAN. 2017. The same month, in an unrelated incident, A MAN WANTED BY POLICE FOR ...MURDERING A GIRL IN LA WAS FOUND HIDING AT AN APARTMENT HERE. Drugs are sold from garages, and the place is a hangout spot for dangerous people. DO NOT CONSIDER LIVING HERE.
