July 29, 2025Things are always broken, but maintenance staff nice. Office staff could be more communicative, helpful and supportive. When we first moved in they stated our apartment was cleaned by a cleaning crew but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Dust everywhere, stained ceiling, walls and floors, broken and unfinished appliances.Property Manager Responded

July 28, 2025It is always something with these apartments I should have followed my instincts and moved vs. renewing my lease. The residents are not considerate of noises & there is always just “patch work” when repairs are needed. All of a sudden no one knows anything about quiet hours. I’m so glad I’ll be ending my lease soon.Property Manager Responded
