This is by far the noisiest apartment complex I've ever lived in. The noise is constant, and management seems to have little regard for residents' peace and quiet.
There always seems to be some kind of construction or reconstruction going on, with constant hammering, drilling, and banging throughout the day. On top of that, they regularly do "power cleaning" on weekends using extremely loud equipment. When I raised concerns about doing this on a weekend, I was simply told that it's considered ...
maintenance and that they have no control over when it happens. That response makes little sense, considering they are the ones managing the property.
Another ongoing issue is the trash. Even though residents pay for trash service, garbage is constantly left outside the garages and often sits there for most of the week before being picked up. It creates an unpleasant environment and is not what you would expect from a property that charges for this service.
Overall, it feels like management is completely disconnected from the people who actually live here. Between the nonstop noise, the poor handling of trash, and the lack of consideration for residents, I would not recommend living here if you value a clean and peaceful place to call home.

Hello! Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We apologize for how this information was communicated to you and would like to better address some of these concerns. Since we are renovating apartments, there will be noise during the renovation which does affect the immediate neighbors. This noise only occurs weekdays between 8am - 5pm and we provide communication to residents in advance letting them know when a renovation is going to happen nearby. We also communicate this to prospective residents during the touring process. In regards to "power cleaning" on the weekends, that is one of irregularity and we do apologize for this specific occurrence. This was a one-off situation and noisy work over the weekend will be avoided. With a large community, trash and recycling pickups are needed twice a week. Since the pickups can happen at any time on the day the city has assigned to us, we need to ensure the bins are ready in the morning. As soon as they are picked up we return them to ...

I just renewed after living here for 3 years. I love everything about this community. The nature walks we take are so peaceful and gorgeous. Every part of Elan is top notch. The people in the morning cleaning the shared spaces are also very sweet and always have a smile to share.

I feel like I got tricked because I was promised something that hasn't been delivered to me at all.
This place is really dirty and stinks all the time. And it's so noisy 24/7. I've always lived in buildings but this is so loud, no insulation. I tried to get help but they just told my neighbor I complained and now they're even louder even banging on my doors.
You have kids and teens waiting outside the pool for someone to let them in with keys so we can't bring our own kids to swim or enjoy ...
anything. I better not see the standard reply from someone that doesn't even work here below. Your staff is rude! They cause more problems than they solve

Cheap motel at luxury prices. You will never again know peace and quiet. You will not sleep. Don't expect to be able to work remotely from your home. This place is used for tech companies to house their workers temporarily, so there is constant noise from movers and builders and cleaners. Despite offering "quiet hours", these rules are often broken by property managers themselves, as they allow gardeners, cleaners, and builders to begin work at 6am--even on the weekends. will be ignored by staff and management, and you will be treated rudely. Your rent will be high, and raised whenever possible. You won't be able to enjoy any amenities, such as the pool. The pool is used by the staff for their own families, who don't live here. Any restaurants/stores nearby close at 2pm during the week, and aren't open on the weekend. Not worth it. Unsafe for your vehicle, as the gate is always broken. All gates are broken for most of the property, so your packages and mail won't be safe either.

I spent Thanksgiving 2022 at the Elan Village Lane complex. The apartments are classy and top notch with a gated entrance and beautiful balcony views. However, as I was headed back to the lower basement garage, I noticed broken glass strewn around my vehicle. During the early morning hours, a thief had broken the passenger side window and stole personal belongings. I was shocked, to say the least.
