The number of roaches has become a health issue. I have started spraying my own apartment once a week because I don't want a stranger walking through my apartment weekly to spray it when I'm at work and when they sprayed, there were still roaches within a couple of days. The billing system is messed up, they would overcharge and then undercharge and would bill us in the middle of the month when they were the ones who messed up. Management will not do a single thing and they are clueless. About ...
every question I asked was answered with "I'm not sure" and when I asked to speak with someone who could answer me, they couldn't give me a number (I later received a letter in the mail threatening to kick me out because I was in the office politely asking questions and trying to understand my bill). At least once a month, amenities are closed, water is turned off, there's a leak, or there's a power outage. Overall, the apartment is poorly renovated and my windows were painted shut, the floor is uneven and raising, holes in the backsplash of the kitchen and ceiling, large gaps between bathroom cabinets and the walls, and the indoor doors won't shut without force because they have been painted so many times.
