Safe and Charming

I loved living at Elbur Ave Apartments! The area is safe and super walkable: Giant Eagle is .3 mi away, downtown Lakewood is less than a mile, Lakewood Park is 1.3 mi. Couple of great bars nearby and Toni's Pizza is to die for!
The building itself is brick with beautiful landscaping. There are kind landscapers there daily and maintenance requests are filled quickly. The resident portal was easy to use and I always had positive interactions with the staff. I could usually hear my neighbors when ...
I was in the hallway but not in my apartment.
The unit was the perfect size for me! I was lucky to have a corner unit so I had lots of windows. They are newer windows so they seal well and keep out the noise from Detroit Ave. Ceilings are tall, good amount of storage space, big bedroom. Utilities (except electric) were included in the rent, which was helpful.
Neighbors were friendly and never sketchy. I will definitely miss it!
Only downside was A/C and heat were too weak for me. But I had a space heater that worked great in the winter and used 2 window A/C units during the summer. So even that worked out!
