    This place is in a great location! Walking distance to the store is less than a block. Any issues I had in my apartment were taken care of same day (sometimes within a few minutes of calling it in.). Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

    Location is great, however elevators hardly ever work and something is always broken. I’d rather pay more for a place that can actually maintain their amenities. I’ve lived here for about 2 years and I can’t wait to leave. The new manager is very rude.

    I lived here for several years, I spoke to the manager twice, since I wasn't signing a lease and giving her money she was really rude. Then I got a call from collections that I owed them over $700, I never received an email or a letter, so I have no idea what it was for. Everything from this company has been extremely unprofessional and I will never rent from Wasatch properties again. On top of this the elevators are broken more than they work, the hot tub has been closed by the city several ...
    times. You pay a lot for the amenities that are almost never open.

    The hallways always has a foul odor, the staff is rude especially the property manager. The elevator break down all the time, the dog park is a joke it's not a dog park at all it's more of a litter box for your dogs, there's dog waste everywhere. If you ask me they need all new staff and owner
