February 20, 2026Excellent service from staff! Since I moved here a year ago, the staff at Element 79 has been nothing short of professional, helpful and always friendly. Morgan was very patient and knowledgeable when we had questions about the unit we were interested in and even took us on a tour twice to make sure we liked the unit. The application process was glitchy but Parvaneh and Pablo also made sure those issues with the application got resolved. Maintenance staff is also very quick and friendly and do a ...great job of keeping the building clean.Property Manager Responded

Even though he was the only person onsite he provided a great tour for me and my son in between back to back scheduled tours. November 15, 2025Excellent Staff! Morgan and Pablo are amazing, knowledgeable and patient. Morgan walked us through the units twice to make sure we liked our unit. The move in process was slow due to a software glitch and ended paying for deposit twice, but Element 79 staff helped us throughout. The unit and amenities are always very clean.
