Morgan was very patient and knowledgeable when we had questions about the unit we were interested in and even took us on a tour twice to make sure we liked the unit. The application process was glitchy but Parvaneh and Pablo also made sure those issues with the application got resolved. The move in process was slow due to a software glitch and ended paying for deposit twice, but Element 79 staff helped us throughout. The unit and amenities are always very clean. Parking is never an issue and maintenance is very quick and responsive.
