I genuinely fear for my safety right now. After being evicted, due to their lack of communication and decency, even though I had enough money to get my rent current. They wouldn’t accept a penny less than the full amount so if you fall behind ONCE… you will have the locks changed on you, your dogs stolen and your personal belongings locked away never to be seen again. the maintenance manager is too inept to make such a decision on his own so I was forced to sleep in the park down the street with my dogs (after spending 4 hour retrieving them from animal control, and return with the police the following morning to retrieve my heart medication and some clothes. They have refused me access to any other belongings for OVER 3 weeks. Including my business inventory which serves as my primary source of income (WITH active orders I was forced to refund) it wiped out whatever money I had and I have gotten by with the help of family and the local church who gave me some socks, 6 packets of tuna and a box of granola bars. I have been wearing the same clothes for 3 weeks, washing them in the tub when I take a shower in my cheap hotel my brother was able to put me in, and hanging it up in the window to dry. I have since lost 20 lbs in 15 days. After going back with the police again yesterday I was able to retrieve my computer and enough inventory to hopefully not starve to death but I have $300 to my name now and have to leave this hotel the day after tomorrow. I will be going after them with everything I have legally as soon as I can catch my breath. This is what you can expect from the staff here at the “luxurious” element apts. which has had caution tape up around the pool for months, a front gate that has been broken for longer than I can remember. I actually forgot the code it’s been so long. But don’t worry guys my car was only broken into twice in the 5 months I lived there. The fountain at the dog park has never worked, covered in mold, my dogs have gotten sick several times since living there. God will bring a wrath that can’t… but I’ll be talking to every lawyer in the state. This place is flat out inhumane. I’m genuinely in a state of shock right now. I just hope there’s no long term damage to my health now. Again… BEWARE!!!!
