December 5, 2025I love living at Element One. Everyone is very nice, the staff and the residence. I feel very safe. I am concerned about the new garage gates because my friends pick me up and drop me off in the garage so that I don’t have to go in the sidewalk entrance with the double doors. Teddi told me that you will not close the gates until five to 6:00 PM so that is very good news. I don’t go out often at night, but when I do, it will be awkward to have closed gates, just because I would have to walk a ...little bit farther to the door.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

December 1, 2025Hi, just moved in 2 weeks ago. We really like the apartment itself, gym, and grounds. Staff are super friendly!!! Only 2 things are: 1) We can hear every footstep above, or a chair scrapping against the floor when moved really loudly. 2) retrieving packages…Property Manager Responded

October 19, 2025I have been here now a couple of weeks and really feel at home already. I have great neighbors and the staff is great. I was a bit disappointed initially because of how the apartment was originally with not being cleaned properly and a number of items over the past weeks have been in need of repair. With that said everything (except for additional cleaning) has been taken care of very quickly. I would have given it 5 stars were it not for the few issues.Property Manager Responded
