    As a single woman moving to a new state, I absolutely love living at Element SP. Safety, community, location. The residents are so welcoming. The staff/management goes out of their way to help. My apartment is beautiful. I had one small a/c issue off hours and it was still taken care of within an hour. I am living my best life here!

    10/10 would recommend living here. My fiancé and I lived here for a year and moved out due to a career change. I was so sad to go - this apartment was clean, quiet, and super attentive. True luxury living with a beautiful outdoor space and great gym and common lounge area. everybody from leasing, maintenance, and concierge team all work together to make this an amazing living experience. I cannot recommend it enough. Great location as well. Thanks element for making it a home.

    Although I did not see the apartment before I moved in, the reviews were extremely helpful as well as the website being easy to navigate and apply from states away. The apartment is incredible and thr floor plan online did not do it enough justice. It is modern, clean, beautiful location, ans the staff are exceptional! the safety features are fantastic with the key fobs and such, it was even better than i imagined. The amenities here are also more than top tier.
