usually complain about not being able to speak to "a live person" but we're talking about housing here.

they’d rudely tell me nothing was wrong for 4 weeks. FINALLY after over a month, I informed the OWNER, he told me he’d hire a diff. handyman & the new guy actually admitted that YES it was broken & they had to replace the ENTIRE Ac unit! In the mean time roaches are appearing more, as Months went on it just got WORSE, they’d come spray on the 15th every month. I would talk to Terminix & they’d explain that it wasn’t Terminexs fault, they said Tempe North didn’t want to do a full “clean out” they only want to do small sections of sprays at a time & they confirmed that it would never get rid of the problem but rather just save the apts money. Living here traumatized me, there were roaches in the fridge, Feeling baby roaches crawl up your legs when you’re sleeping, Every other day there’d be heavy thick trails of roach poop along the sinks,counters etc. I couldn’t eat. It was so bad, I didn’t even move in the whole place-living room & all 3 rooms empty. I’d Complain & bring up that it still hasn’t been fixed & it’s been 9months etc. they’d try to blame me. I was fed up w/ paying rent on an apt that I couldn’t live a normal life In cause I work from home. When I asked on the last month if they’d reimburse me ANY money for the month w/o AC & roach infestations for a FULL YEAR- which isn’t legal, Charles replied w/ “The roaches are your fault, you never let terminix spray”. I sent him all the text msgs of proof of every month of the past yr that He texted me asking for “my permission for terminix to enter to spray today” & I’d reply w/ “Yes” EVERY MONTH! I had proof & so did he yet he ignored me when I sent screen shots of every month confirming.
