June 6, 2023This apartment complex has terrible management and is in for a cheap fix to all problems. Hallways smell and construction workers are always walking around. Does not feel safe and building is not upkept. Understand that you get what you pay for and the building is supposed to be "charming and historic" however the roach infestation and mold throughout my kitchen was unacceptable. October 14, 2022Wonderful historic building. Love my neighbors and AM Realty is really turning this place around. Tons of renovations and improvements happening all the time. Jess and Kait are helpful and pleasant. Please understand this is city living. You will see homeless people outside. You may smell an unpleasant smell every once in a while.
