April 26, 2024I would enjoy my time more here if I did not think I was over paying and the Windsor community was under delivering. The sky desk has been closed the entirety of my lease so far (8 months), pool has been closed, elevators always broken down, P2 garage just got fixed, stairwells are disgusting. April 22, 2024Everything about this place and the move in process was great. The staff is excellent and very helpful. My only small complaints are there are some parts of my dishwasher that are falling apart. A maintenance guy already fixed one of them but now something else is broken. Also the pool isn't ready and doesn't look like it will be ready anytime soon. Besides those two things, I love this place and definitely recommend it. Overall so far 9/10Review from Apartments.com

January 22, 2024Hi, in my opinion the maintenance staff are always nice, but struggle to find the real problem with most requests. Most of the time, they want to band-aid a problem. For example, they were suppose to fix my hot water heater, maintenance came, said it was fixed, and left. Since I was on a work call, I couldn’t stop to make sure it was working. An hour later there was no water coming out of the bathroom sink or faucet. I then had to call emergency maintenance to send someone out.
