Great location, Great Staff
March 25, 2025My time here has been great, I enjoy walking to the Farmer's Market, and I love my apartment. The storage and size of my apartment is amazing. Helps me stay organized. I love that I don't have to struggle with parking and I get to park on the level I live on. Overall I've enjoyed living here. Cozy home, right across the street from the Farmer's Market
March 14, 2025I enjoyed living here the last three years, I loved my Farmer's Market and Deep Ellum weekends as well as my spacious apartment. The pool was really nice! I was thankful to not really have any maintance issues. It was a peaceful enjoyable time. I'm relocating for work and I'm thankful for the people I have met here. Absolutely Stunning

This place is TERRIBLE!!!
July 27, 2023If you enjoy living somewhere where you don't get sleep because most nights it sounds like you're living adjacent to a nightclub, where management will tell you anything just to not have to deal with an issue, where tenants are loud and inconsiderate, where packages are always stolen, hallways are dirty and cars are tampered with then this might be the place for you.Property Manager Responded
