Not a good choice
June 13, 2024If you are looking for a responsive apartment complex, with decent upkeep, and amenities that work. This is not the one. If you pose a question or would like an answer on a matter they will just point blank ignore you. The new company that took it over has very outdated paperwork and payment processing with a lot of bugs that haven't been fixed. I lived here for a year and honestly it wasn’t that bad till the new company took it over. The gate is broken most of the time and myself and neighbors ...have experienced and witnessed crimes taking place in the complex. Overall, they will take your security deposit and overcharge you on your utilities (which were dated for March not May) and then provide no information to you when requested nor will they respond when you contact the complex with proof that the Unit was returned in better condition than it was given. You will simply get reminded that the account will be sent to collections. Womp womp. (Evidence of the clean apartment was provided.)Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

April 27, 2024I have had a busted water line for a week and no one has come to even look at it. Talked to the office three times about it and was told "Old buildings tend to leak." communication is very poor and the parking lot is more potholes than street.Review from Apartments.com
No maintenance Staff
November 21, 2022I have not had heat inside my apartment for close to 30 days. No one has contacted me or made an effort to solve the problem. It has been below 35 degrees outside at night and my apartment is close to 60 degrees and dropping. Don't agree with the maintenance service being provided especially if I am paying an additional fee for the service.Property Manager Responded

The fee and roaches are outrageous!
January 12, 2022Trust the other bad reviews they are not lying! This place has insane fees for everything. I have been renting apartments for 12 years and have never had to pay so many fees. ex: Utility admin fee. water base fee. pest control fee EVERY MONTH even if no one comes by, gas charge even though everything is electric, trash fee even though we take it out ourselves, community maintenance fee...there are more. Drug Dealers on every corner of the complex and you will see them making deals with the kids ...here. Cops live in front of the place i swear. Gun fire is frequent every weekend so be prepared for that! The roaches live rent free so make sure you make room for them because they won't be leaving! it took MONTH to get anyone out to my apt for termites and they didn't care that my kids and i were getting sick! Walls are super thin so when they paint you can't stay inside its to toxic and they don't give a warning.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Best property on the block

Run away from Eleven600
October 10, 2018its Been almost 3 weeks since the last rain our bedrooms were soaking wet from the water coming in through the foundation the manager has done nothing it rain yesterday I come on and and my rooms are soaking wet yet again my mom went to office again and the manager say oh I know nothing about it we have been complaining about this since Sept 22 and as if today Oct 10th 2018 nothing has been done about our apartment is not liveable and they don’t care at all please look else we’re and don’t waste ...your money hereProperty Manager Responded

Worst place to live
March 4, 2018Crack dealers serving the homeless24/7. Homeless living in utility closet. Roaches. Dog urine and throw up from upstairs dog. Staff refuses to do anything besides collect money. Wife can’t get from the car to the door without being harrassed by said drug dealers. Cops won’t do anything. Security won’t either. Staff will for sure not help. June 14, 2017The exterior of the apartments looks very good. The management is great and the new upgrades are looking very good. I have been looking for an apartment to live in for the past month and I will for sure be moving in to these apartments very soon. The prices are very affordable compared to other apartments near by.
