The storage room floods like crazy and ruins everything in it. Bike storage is great until you want to get a bike out, as it also doubles as the recycling room, which isn’t taken out often enough. Key fobs work half the time, call box works intermittent depending on how cold it is. The windows are poorly insulated so the draft in the winter drives up the utility costs. Gym is a joke of a space. They are trying to label this as luxury apartments. The ovens don’t even have clocks on them, the fridges are basic, the counters and cabinets are cheap. This isn’t worth the $1,530 I’m paying right now.
