Manager is very unprofessional and rude

I wouldn't live here until the manager is replaced or talked to she loves to make up stories and fine all residents for anything Its absolutely unnecessary and ridiculous. Save your money and time until this is taken care of more than half of the residents have been fined after you move in .just take some precautions before you move in and make sure all the rules are explained prior to signing that lease heartless manager doesn't care about anything but her and feeling impowered over people. ...
