This is the most unorganized property ever! The apartments lack enough energy,so it'll blow fuses,any emergencies will take weeks sometimes months to get responses or even fixtures. I can write a list on all of the negatives.

I was approved on the 7th of November my move in date was December first. My apartment was not in move in condition until 3 days after my move in date. However i was able to move small things in during the wait. Unfortunately my new broom was broken and my toilet paper was taken by maintenance. And come to find out today i went to cook my first meal here and my stove doesn't work. I am livid at this point. And can not wait until my lease is up. Dont make the same mistake i did

A different review prompted me to write in here. I've been here for 2years. When I started here there was someone Lucien who would fix pipes by using duct tape. They replaced him with a new super. He doesn't live here but generally responds to my requests. In the last year the building has been undergoing renovations. They put in new laundry machines on every floor and are upgrading the aging plumbing here. I'm happy that management is doing this. My neighbor said that they'll be upgrading the ...
hallways when construction is finished. Due to construction in the buildingmanagement told me they won't be giving me a rent increase as well.

I have only been in this apartment building for 2 months and have had an PLETHERA of issues! The building is so old so idc how “nice” your apartment is , you will have issues! The pipes make noise throughout the night because of the steam heating, they turn off the water & heat some days due to “upgrading or renovations” and the construction is the basement is SO DISRUPTING & its happening at wee hours in the morning. the hallway SMELLS and the fire alarm goes off RANDOMLY with no explaination. ...
In 2 months it has went off at least 8 times! Maintence isn’t professional, they are random people that live the building & they dont adhere to anything you ask them to do. SAVE YOURSELF TIME & MONEY.

I’ve been living on the building for four years now, unfortunetly. Don’t get be mistaken the parking lot in front of the building is not for tenants. It is $60 a month. If you have a car it is either pay this fee or have to pay the parking meter all day m-sun 9am-9pm. Tickets are $12 for unpaid meter. Yes, the meter tenants are quick to put a slip on your car. The lot is mainly used by septa commuters and there is a waiting list. Management is only existant when the issue could result in them ...
getting sued or when contacted by the township. They give you a number to call for the office located in New Jersey but it rings all day and you can leave all the voice messages you want. You can call about tenants upstairs doing laps in their apartment at 3am all you want. You can call about the water leaking into you bedroom from three floors up all you want. You can even call the police they’ll show up and help you try to find the onsite maintinace man who is to be on call for such things but still you will get no answer from them. You will get no response you will NOT get anyone on the phone.

Please please PLEASE do NOT rent here! Not once not twice not even three times has my apartment been flooded by the children above me (they ruined my new uggs) after me making numerous calls to management and threatening to get a lawyer and withholding my rent did the tenant finally get evicted. And let's not even start on the poor upkeep, bugs and mice problems! The only good thing about this building is the convience. Oh and it has to be nearly below zero for them to turn the heat on for 10 ...

The apartment are all not that bad but they are not well kept. I just started to rent here and I've had to tell the managers to fix a lot. There is only one three prong outlet in my apartment and it doesn't even work. The light switch for the bathroom is actually in the shower. Also for the front door to my apartment it is difficult to get the key into the lock. If you are going to rent here be sure to inspect the apartment thoroughly.
