New management took over last year and this property went down hill fast. No onsite management. No way to reach maintenance. The property was great before they sold it. GO ELSEWHERE.

This complex was half decent until the new owners took over! The weeds are never pulled, trash EVERYWHERE daily, and the parking lot is basically a playground full of children tearing people's cars up!

I'm enjoying living in Upper Darby. I'm close to work. I've been here for 2 years going on my 3rd. The Property Manager is very friendly and professional. Easy to work with, maintenance is good. They keep the building clean as possible. We have monthly pest control but I've never had a problem with anything. My apartment has an updated bathroom and a new kitchen and appliances. Love it here.

I recently moved into the County from Philly to get my child into Upper Darby School District. I was shown a 2 bedroom in B building. The hall was clean, it smelled good and the apartment was the perfect size and in my price. The Property Manager is always in the office and helps with anything you need. Very nice experience so far!

Don’t move here don’t waste your money this is the worst place they have bed bugs and lie to you saying they don’t have a problem then the plumbing is terrible. Roaches mice where does it end. This apartment building is disgusting, it smells horrible, he first day I moved in the plumbing was a wreck, and within days of me moving I started to notice bed bugs and roaches!!! I read a review after I already signed the lease saying that they had bed bugs and when I asked them they LIED and said NO! They never answer the phone they are NEVER in the office so it’s hard to even communicate and resolve problems !! The WORST building they need to be shut down horrible management

I lived here for one year then left as soon as my lease was up. Really bad plumbing, the basement was always flooded my ceiling and walls had many leeks. When I went to use the coin washer there was bed bugs all over the floor and inside the machine. Hallways smells horrible and security sucks. Anybody can get in. And when it was time to get my security deposit back they were unprofessional and never Sent my deposit. I cleaned that place top to bottom and nothing was broken. Overall not a good ...

The security is horrible the intercom never worked during my residence, Anybody can enter the building but mgr will tell you otherwise. Promising the system will be repaired. The place is prone to Severe plumbing problems in apartments on basement level. My apartment flooded at least four times from sewer back up, laundry room, (Rental insurance doesn't cover your lose in full). pipes from other apartments. Mail gets wet during rainy days.

Their record keeping is horrible. I've moved out months ago and I'm still receiving heating bills for heat water heating (which is listed as direct and indirect heat)my bill was paid in full before moving out. I've called and text on several times. No response.

I've been living in this place with my mother and my nephew since i was 15. If i could give it a rating of no stars I would. There's so many things wrong with thie place. There's been floods, bed bugs, roaches, fires, to homeless people sneaking in at night, stray cats roaming our smelly hallways and people hanging their clothes on the fence in the parking lot. The people in the building are no better. They BBQ near the dumpster, kids pulls fire alarms and break people screens out their windows, ...
and they love popping fireworks less than 2 feet away from my window. Now I know what you're thinking "Well, why don't you move if the place is that bad?" and the answer is quite simple, my family and I can't afford to.
