May 16, 2026While those working on the grounds (both at the leasing office and the repair men) are wonderful it's offset by quite a few things: - internet will go out too often and it takes hours to days for the issue to be resolved - the trash pickup is unreliable both in timing and the actual retrieval of the trash - lack of communication with constriction in neighboring apts - lack of communication on the food truck's when they are at the community (mostly knowing after the food truck is already there ...around 5:30pm) - the sound from side apts is almost non-existent, meanwhile the sound from the above apt is as it there is almost magnified. If your upstairs neighbor isn't soft in their walking, you will know exactly where they are. The price for the apt is not worth the cons. (3bed 2bath)Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

We sometimes wish our maintenance crew would call actual repairmen, as a lot of the time, they just superglue things together or things rebreak after they fix them.
