June 17, 2025Not only is the location amazing, living here was a really great experience! Nestled between Elizabeth and Plaza Midwood, walkable access to two great neighborhoods with the goldline stop right outside to take you into uptown. Amazing amenities: free coffee in lobby, gym & fitness studio kept fairly clean, cute courtyards with fire pits, and a pretty pool area kept super clean and very peaceful. Management was excellent and very friendly, any requests completed in a timely manor. Loved living ...here! Highly recommend!Property Manager Responded

May 18, 2025Apartments are beautiful and spacious. Not much storage. Great amenities and friendly staff. Great location. Cons- the windows are insanely thin and should probably be replaced. You can hear everything on the street and the highway. Also a lot of people moved in with not friendly dogs. It’s been hard to use the dog park or walk my dog when their dogs are snarling at my pupProperty Manager Responded

March 1, 2025Location great. Water pressure and noise on 5th floor 4 stars. Otherwise, a great place to live. Super dog friendly. Front office staff very nice. Have some trouble with package delivery sometimes but just due to extra security measures.Property Manager Responded

January 24, 2025I love our apartment! If rent doesn't change, I don't see us going anywhere else anytime soon. Haven't had any issues, staff is always nice, pretty quiet too. Love the valet trash and being able to open stuff from the app. Can't wait to use the pool this year! I wish they would make it heated that would be so coolProperty Manager Responded

January 21, 2025Overall I love living here. Been in my apartment for over a year now and I don’t want to leave. The neighborhood is walkable. Great events are held by the apartment. No problems with neighbors. Everyone that comes by wants to move here and I tell them to!Property Manager Responded

January 8, 2025So far everything is excellent. The apartment is as great as advertised and I'm getting great use of the amenities such as the gym so far. Looking forward to some of the upcoming events warm weather so I can use the pool :)Property Manager Responded
